I contacted Leonard after my refrigerator stopped running, He squeezed me into his schedule that day. Within 3 hours of me calling him, he was able to locate the needed part that another company said they could not find/ship for two days. Leonard arrived when he said he would, was courteous, worked efficiently, and was very friendly and professional. While at my home, he was able to answer a question about my oven and is working on ordering new glass for me. I recommend this company based not only upon their prompt service and attention but also the personal attention I received regarding my appliance problems!
