Terrible experience from the purchase of the vehicle to service and maintenance. This organization does not appreciated the value of their customer’s time and are far from having the ability to to complete work the first time.

I own an '06 Saturn Vue and an '07 Volvo C30. I took my '06 Vue to a Saturn dealership in St. Peters for service. They gave me several outrageous quotes for regular maintenace items including tires rotated and balanced. Because I had used Weiss Brentwood Volvo for service on my C30 I knew they were always helpful and honest about maintenance and the cost of it. I did not tell the service staff at Weiss Brentwood Volvo about my dealings with Saturn. They made me an appointment right away online, and gave me quotes on the same services I had quoted by Saturn. I was completely blown away by the cost difference. Weiss Brentwood Volvo was nearly three time cheaper than the Saturn dealership was. The service rendered by Weiss Brentwood Volvo was completely 5 star quality for a very good price. Thank you very much for the honest, fairly priced, and knowledgable service.‎
