Tortillaria is the Best Authentic Mexican Food in Saint Louis!
Everything is homemade on site, including tortilla chips to go along with the wide variety of all-you-can-eat salsa bar. Do yourself a favor and order Guacamole as well.
Their margaritas are quite tasty, especially half-priced (along with other food/drink specials) during Happy Hour every day from 4-7pm.
I can't say enough about Tortillaria either for lunch, Happy Hour or Dinner.
