They came out in 1/25/13. Did not fix the issue and will not call back. I have left several messages. I would not recommend this company. I used then with a home warranty company and they overcharged me by $15. The technician could not get in touch with the office in site. Horrible service and a bad repair,
On the hottest day of the year, our air conditioner went out. We have a home warranty that originally sent us to another company, Sierra, which never even got back to us. Luckily, Top Notch was able to come right out over the holiday weekend and knew right what the problem was. They have excellent customer service and did a great job!
They came and put a part in that cost $500 and it did not fix the problem. They tell me they will have the new 2nd part next week every time I call but that was over 5 weeks ago and they won't call me back when they tell me they will, "once they speak with the technician".
