Then the "stylist" I got was not only rude, he was insulting and not a bit helpful. Matt needs some customer service training. He was so busy on his I-phhone texting about the next photo shoot. When I took my hair tie off, he said my hair was "at a hideous length." When I asked his opinion of whether I should get a layered cut or straight cut, he just replied, "I don't know! I'm not the one who's going to walk around with the hair cut!" When I asked if I could drink my coffee during the cut, he said, "Sure." But when I took a drink and held the cup in my lap, that rude hack grabbed it out my hand, plopped it on the counter and said, "I didn't know what I was saying Yes to. See what happens when you take a drink? Your head moves back and I won't be able to cut your hair." Fine, but did you have to just grab it out of my hand? And after all that, the cut was pretty pitiful. I had been growing my hair out for the past year, so it looked pretty awful before the hair cut. When he was done. I still had fly-aways and uneven lengths, and I was $56 poorer!
