Friendly, and MORE than helpful
The people complaining must have never worked in a customer service industry before, My pictures had problems, these people bent over backwards to fix it! They ordered me new prints, and comp'd my entire $300 package. Honestly, I've never seen a company work so hard to fix a problem. And the service reps, sounded genuinely concerned about my problem.

And with 2 of my kids out of school and one still left to go, they have made improvements each year with their website, and the services/pricing they offer.
Pros: Friendly, Down to earth Reps, Good Value Packages, and Cheap copyright release of images
Cons: sometimes quality could be better, and if there is a problem, it can take a while to see results.
