I have to agree with one of the other writers. Those townhomes had a lot of water problems. I had at least five water back-ups which swamped the bottom floors. I believe the back-ups were caused by tree roots growing into old pipes. ...

Nice Place/Good Staff
I have lived in 5 apartment complexes in St. Louis. I would say this place is the best. From the outside the apartments may look old and shabby. But inside they are excellent. I had new carpet new floors and stuff wasn't thrown together ...
