I had to give this 1 but if I could I would give it ZERO.

I got married in July 2009 and when I went in for my consultation Chris had told me that he would not be able to do my wedding that day since he was already booked however his photographer Cori would do an amazing job and he would send me some of her work. Well he did send me her work and it looked great, I came to find out later that all the albums displayed on www.ChrisCroy look great it isn’t until you see the pictures in person that they look like crap. I had MANY photos in my album that were blurry (Chris calls this a soft focus)…right that is a way of not taking responsibility for crappy pictures. And these were not just pictures of the reception that there were many of we are talking about my Dad walking me down the aisle and my husband and I walking into the reception for the first time and these are pictures my $100 Sony camera could have taken better pictures. When I went to pick up my album Chris handed it to me and basically shoved me out the door he never sat down and looked at it with me, well I can see why their basic album is SO cheap and it is NOT cheap to book Chris Croy Photography. The pages are cardboard and they were all warped, half the pictures were blurry or should I say in Chris' words “soft focus” basically we did not get anything we paid for and Chris could care less. I sent him multiple letters and he told me that I would have to take the matter to court. He is a rude and unprofessional person. Believe me he will charm your socks off when you first meet him but after the wedding it is all down hill and your memories are in their hands. My recommendation would be to go with Warwick Photography my sister used them and they did a fabulous job and she got a lot for a lot less money than Chris Croy. Bride and Groom beware this is your memories you are talking about do not make the same mistake I did!

I know 6 people who have used Chris and we all love him! Each wedding album is spectacular but unique. He is so easy going and just great to work with!!! His new cutting edge fusion product is beyond words. He really captured our love for life and each other.

I just saw him on facebook and he is doing some AMAZING senior work too.

My friend just told me about this site and the two bad reviews so I had to comment! Chris and his staff were wonderful to work with! My album is BEYOND beautiful! I will say that we were slow in picking a cover image for our album so we ordered it in the middle of October. It took 2 extra weeks, but that was OUR fault, not his.

They are a small business, so if you call them on a Saturday they may not call you back until Monday or Tuesday.

We are currently expecting a baby and look forward to having Chris do a "Year in the Life" session. A friend of mine just had Chris do their son's Senior session. You can see the fusion video on Facebook. UNBELIEVABLE!

Chris really did not potograph our wedding, another photographer who worked for him did.
His name is John Metcalfe. The photos were perfect! John is a great business men. However, Chris,his manager Steve are so awful. They did not return our phone calls. Yes the work was already paid. My album came apart 5 yrs. after and they took it a year ago to fix. We still do not have our album. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Very sorry to say our daughter had a beautiful wedding at the DeMenill Mansion Sept. 3, 2005. After 7 months we finally received CD's with pictures, and it is now 9 months and we STILL DO NOT HAVE a wedding album; however he was paid in full in advance!
NOT recommended, and extremely disappointed.
