The cleaners were late and one seemed to have an attitude. I'm not sure if that had a negative effect on the cleanig job they did. I DO NOT reccommend Cleaning Concepts for any cleaning at all. Poor service overall.

This was a terrible experience. I don't know if they used a dirty rag to clean or what, but there was new dirt EVERYWHERE when they left: the kitchen floor, the toilet, the sink. They skipped vacuuming my rugs, left dust on table tops. Who ever heard of a cleaner not only NOT wiping down the outside of a toaster oven, but not even moving the toaster oven to wipe beneath it?! They told me they would clean the microwave, but didn't touch it. I called the company and the cleaners were sent back, but I gave up and didn't even point out half of what they'd missed.

I tried four other services before finding Cleaning Concepts. Let me just say I am more than impressed with this company. They are the only ones that were willing to send the same crew each visit, something really important to me. The girls are always courteous and dependable. They cost a little bit more, but for me its money well spent.‎

I needed someone to clean my house after a major renovation and didn't know where to turn. A friend of mine has used Cleaning Concepts for years and recommended them. I called for an estimate and scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time and ready to work. I stayed around for about a half hour and felt very comfortable leaving my home in their hands. I returned three hours later and couldn't believe my eyes. The floors were so clean; I swear I could see myself in them. Reminded me of the way my mom used to clean our house. I have recommended them several times and will continue to use them.

The title of my review is taken from the words which the owner of Cleaning Concepts spoke to me about damage to my carpet. A vacuum cleaner belonging to Cleaning Concepts broke and damaged my carpet. The owner came down to view my carpet and agreed that it had been damaged by an overheated belt which burned the fibers. I stated to the owner that I would get it cleaned and see if I could live with it. I had it cleaned twice, most recently last month. When I contacted the owner that I would like to have the carpet replaced, he informed me that my reqest is a "load of crap" and that he was cancelling the service to my house. I would certainly warn anyone wishing to use this company to make sure that you have the damage done by their company owned equipment repaired immediately. Do not try to cut them a break as I did.
