This building is the Mormon temple and only allows members of it's church inside but people of other faiths may roam the temple grounds and visit the visitors center. It is such a beautiful building and the staff in the visitors center are so nice and helpful. Right off the freeway, you can't miss it. There is tons of parking, and it is well lit at night. I would recommend visiting here if you are curious what the church is about.
