After trying out Laura Gaffney's gym for one week I wasn't thrilled with it for what they charge and the staff aren't helpful or knowledgable about the equipment at all.

I spoke to Laura about this and she immediatly started getting defensive and raising her voice. How can you be so sensitive and run a gym? I told her she was being unprofessional and she stood up quickly, pointed to the door, and said "get out" quite loudly and if front of all her customers. Glad I'm not doing business with her
