When I first sat down in Mackenzie's chair I told her that I had not washed my hair, even shough it was wet from just getting out of the shower, and I was hoping that she would wash it for me. She informed me that I did not need a shampoo, put spray in conditioner in my hair, sort of asked me how I wanted it styled and started to cut. Then I asked that she blow out my hair with some volume because I was going immediately to a birthday party at my friend's house. She just used her fingers a lot, barely used a brush, when she was done, my hair still looked greasy and completely flat. She had to finally wash my hair. I left with my hair mostly wet, plastered to my head, just put some hairspray on my wet hair. She barely spoke to me, but talked another employee, who kept looking in my direction like it did not belong. The receptionist fell asleep at the front desk. I also do not need to see that much of someone's cleavage. Gross.‎

I had to ask twice to get my hair washed, dirty towels from the previous sppointment on the station, she barely cut my hair, did not put any product in it, I told her twice that I someplace to go afterwards and wanted my hair blown out ...

The salon has a great atmosphere, but the quality of service as far as pedicures are concerned was not good . I have had exceptional pedicures at nail salons and they were much inexpensive. If you are going to solicit pedicures please stand behind your work. Being that your pedicures are 40 and up. Dont mind paying the price just want someone who knows what they are doing. Also the salon does use great products. I think thats what we are paying for.‎
