Damage and Threat Due to Poor Service
I have my truck in for transmission concerns. It was returned with fender damage. After driving about 900 miles and experiencing different transmission problems I took it back to the dealer. They found that had forgot to put transmission fluid back in. It was 4.5 quarts low. They refuse to do anything about the body damage or the transmission damage. This is the short version. The long version includes several lies and a threat by the owner.

When we were looking to trade our Jeep Cherokee in for a newer model, we went to Don Schunk and were unpleasantly surprised to find that we were hounded by the sales people from the moment we left our vehicle. We told three separate salesman that we were just looking and at one point had all three following us through the lot. Despite the wide variety of Jeep's available, we left without considering making any kind of deal with them. The relentlessness of the sales staff made us go to a different dealer.
